Vision Care Plan Discounts

The ProCare member can choose from more than 9,000 eye care professionals nationwide to give members 10% to 60% discounts on eyeglasses, contact lenses (not including disposable lenses), non-prescription sunglasses, eye exams, surgical procedures and other items offered at retail.

This is the most comprehensive vision benefit in the United States and includes ophthalmologists, optometrists, independent optical centers and national chain locations such as participating Lenscrafters, Pearle Vision, Sears, J.C. Penny and Montgomery Ward.

Members can expect to save 10% to 60% off the retail cost of eyewear at over 9,000 retail optical locations nationwide, save 20% to 30% on medical eye exams and surgical procedures including RK, PRK, and ALK through selected eye doctors, save 20% to 60% on most mail order replacement contact lenses, and save 20% to 50% on most major brands including Ray-Ban, Seregenti, Vaurnet, Hugo Boss, Carrera, and more available through the mail order service.

Eye Exams

Discounts on eye exams are avaialble at participating Sears, J.C. Penny, Montgomery Ward, Lenscrafters, Eyemasters, Pearle Vision and Sterling Optical. Sears, J.C. Penny and Montgomery Ward give a $5.00 discount off eye glass exams and a $10.00 discount off contact lens exams. Eyemasters gives a 20% discount off exams at most locations. Other opthalmologists and optometrists also offer discounts on exams; actual savings vary by provider and location.

Contact Lenses

Replacement contact lenses can be ordered through mail order service at 20% to 60% dicounts off normal retial by calling a toll-free number.

Member gives brand name and type of lens for a price quote over the phone.

Most major brands of soft contact lenses are available including disposable lenses and bifocals. Gas-permiable lenses are also available.

Once a doctor's prescription is on file, orders are shipped within shipped within 24 hours via overnight delivery or UPS ground.

The ProCare member can pay by credit card, money order or check.

Non-Prescription Sunglasses

Non-prescription sunglasses can be ordered through the mail order service at 20% to 50% discounts by calling the toll-free number.

Brands include: Ray-Ban, Seregeti, Vuarnet, Bolle, Suncloud and many more.

Most orders are shipped within 48 hours and can be paid by credit card, money or check.
